    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Any preference? if so why?
    Discuss...
    I enjoy both, however i lean toward dips for the simple reason that i can add weight

    Pressups, you don't need any equipment to do them.

    Dips are better if you want them to compliment your barbell training, and for developing great strength/mass in arms and chest.
