Hi, I am two workouts into SS, having basically never done weight training before. I've been filming everything & doing self analysis, even on day two I could feel the improvements form wise. I am determined not to fuck my back up.
Anyway, one thing I am not sure of is how to put the bar back on the floor when doing deadlifts - this should be the easy part right?! But it is when I feel the most strain on my lower back.
I am trying to do it in reverse to the way up, keeping lower back tense etc. Any other cues I should be aware of?

I do have the book. I thought I had read the book. I have now re-read the book. The answer was in the book. It's a good book.
