Squat Form Follow up
Hey Guys,
Here is the follow up video to my last post. Hopefully the angle is better.

I got rid of the band to hit proper depth, but just as i feared the ass wink is back. Its very noticeable on the warm-up set and first work-set. I missed a rep on the 2nd set because i was experimenting with a slightly wider stance with toes pointing out more. I did notice it helped with the wink, but i was having a harder time exploding out of the hole and keeping my knees out on the way up.

These squats are not bad, however, they are too deep. You need to learn to cut them off about an inch or so higher. To hit that depth, you have to relax, and relaxing with 235lbs on your back is obviously less less than ideal.
Cut off the depth a little, keep adding weight.
