Powerlifting meet: when to do final warmups?
I haven't been in a meet for a few years so I've forgotten this. What's the best way to time your warmups for a raw comp? How many lifters out in the flight is best for hitting your final warmup? 5 or so?
I also forget how quickly meets usually progress from one lift to the next. E.g. for a standard sized meet with one platform going do they immediately switch to bench after the squat or is there some sort of break?
I'm sure this varies from meet to meet but I'm wondering what's typical.

I normally start when the flight before is on to their final rounds, assuming that the flight is around 10-15 lifters.
