DL form check
Tried my best to tell the photographer to film from the front+side(next session is in 2 weeks, next week is rack pulls)
I didn't film my DL for quite some time, and I think things are breaking down so good thing I filmed it now, I think I might be unlocking and re-locking the knees.
3RD rep was pulled far from the body and fucked the whole set.
I tried exploding the 5th but it just didn't go up, I decided not to hitch it up in an ugly way.
This was a PR attempt for 5, weight is 210KG(50-20-20-5 KG on the bar), wish I had enough standard diameter 20 KG plates, but most plates here are too small.

Your set up is not what we teach. You move the bar to you, while we set up around the bar. When teach the deadlift we say (over and over and over), "DO NOT MOVE THE BAR".
