Default Hips rising unevenly in squats

Just throwing this out there in case you happen to have a magic fix. After squatting, my right lower back and hip always hurt. When I videoed myself, I saw that I squat down slightly more to my right side than my left, and my left hip rises first and faster. Clearly this is the problem, but what makes it a little more troublesome is that it feels like I'm doing everything perfectly straight. I've tried many times to do everything level and then the video shows that I'm nowhere near. If you've sorted anyone else with a similar problem then I'd love to hear how. Thanks.

If one leg is shorter than the other, you may see something like this. If that were the case, shimming the short leg can correct the problem. It could also be something else. Video would help.

I'll film my next ones. Definitely have evenly long legs.
