I find the problem to be the exact opposite. Cappuccinos are supposed to have equal parts espresso, milk, foam. So a single shot espresso would have 1oz espresso, 1oz milk, and 1oz foam (though I don't mind a lot of foam). But here when I order cappuccinos from starbucks they love to fill the cup halfway up with milk, like they are afraid to give you a cup that isn't full. I suppose it is more like a "wet" cappuccino but it might as well be a latte. And I happen to enjoy doubles, which if left to their own devices ends up in a grande cup and with a ridiculous amount of milk. To combat this, I have to order the (extremely complicated and douchey sounding) double tall dry cappuccino, so they put it in a small cup, and make it with less milk. Even then they often add too much milk, but it at least gives me about a 70% chance of it being close to correct.
