Unhappy Low bar squat BB position [Hybrid squat?]

Hi /fit/ please help me, i had read the SS and videos but the bar position is still confusing me...

left side , BB is placed as the book described I think, above the rear deltoid.
right side, is where the barbell feels better in my back, but is above that little bone in the back\shoulders.

When I put the BB above the rear deltoids I feel the weight in my wrist and in my middle back, like crushing my scapula...

Positioning the bb as is in the right side of the picture it is a problem for low bar?
And i know this is not the right position for high bar but looks similar.

I want to do the low bar, don't know what I'm doing wrong...

This can be easier if i hold the bar with and wider grip?
And when I do the hip drive the BB hits the little bone and destroy my skin .
I'm starting to think that my structure was not made for lowbar...

    Any tips?
