    Hello all,
    This is my grip in the squat. I wonder if it is too high compared to the proper grip. I also want to mention that I have a shoulder flexibility problem. Could you guys show me some of the ways to fix my shoulder problem please?

    Bar looks high but this is sometimes hard to judge without being in the room with you. You may have to widen your grip. Here's a handy video to help:

    Bar looks high from my seat. It appear to be on top of the scapula...ouch.
