    This is what I did. I brought a meter of light chain from the local hardware store for a couple of dollars. I weighed it and found it was 510g. Chopped into two pieces and threaded some elastic through it to make two 250g weight "scrunchies". I think this is the cheapest and easiest way to make micro weights.
