Brief history: Male, 32, started training with the SS model about 6 weeks go.

DL went from 225 up to 325, but then I failed to get 5 reps at 335 for 3 consecutive sessions. Dropped down to 305 (filmed session below), and would like to get some input on what form tweaks I should make to avoid failing at 335 when next I get there.

Your deadlifts aren't bad. I recommend some shoes and especially some long socks. You are not keeping the bar on your legs right now. Socks will help. Also, do the steps in the sticky at the top. The bar is a little in front of your midfoot. When you are in the correct position, the bar will be closer to your shins and your hips will be a little higher. Those looked really light. If you cannot make 10 pound jumps as you approach 335 again, then make five pound jumps. I would bet that you will go right by 335 without a problem.

Thanks Tom - I'll review the sticky again before Wednesday and definitely go with longer socks. Shoes (WL shoes) are something I'm looking into, but haven't purchased yet - nobody local for me to try on shoes, and shipping back and forth across the border gets pricey.
