.5 inch shoes
Dear coaches,
I trust this finds you guys doing well. I am starting to get knee pain since I started squatting in .5 inch weightlifting shoes. Would you recommend I pass those onto my scavenger of a younger brother and invest in .75 inch adipowers or the nikes? Or do I go back to sneaks or chucks?
I know that bastard put a hex on my shoes the minute he saw them.

It's unlikely the knee pain is being caused by the half inch heel. Post a form check.
