    Default knee sleeves/wraps

    I've read about them being useful for people that have tendonitis and such, but do they make sense to wear simply for the purpose of preventative maintenance?

    Just curious.

    Some neoprene knee sleeves keep your knees nice and warm. They feel good and may help. Tight wraps will store elastic energy.

    It's about light knee wraps for support, not storing elastic energy as some competitive lifters do. The particular brand Rip recommends is not available in quite that configuration any more (white), but Harbinger makes a version in black. I use them; they're helpful. Somewhere SSC Simma Park has a thread with a video of them.
