    Hi,

    I have been doing SS for 8 weeks now and have had some pleasing results and strength gains.

    Here are my current stats;

    Age: 26
    Height: 6'3"
    BW: 92kg/(202lb)

    SQ: 75/(165) ---> 140/(308)
    OHP: 35/(77) ---> 57.5/(126.5)
    BP: 60/(132) ---> 87.5/(192.5)
    DL: 90/(198) ---> 160/(352)
    PC: 35/(77) ---> 70/(154)

    Dips: 3x5xBW ---> 3x10xBW+6kg
    Chins: 4x1xBW ---> 6x2xBW

    Here is the last set from my previous workout @140kg, any comments/pointers would be much appreciated.

    Hey James,

    Most of your reps are a little high. Shove your knees out harder and you'll drop down. I also suspect your knees are caving in when you drive up, but it's hard to tell from this angle. Next time I want to you look down at the floor, about a foot in front of you. Use your peripheral vision to watch your knees. If you see them dart in, push them back out. Lastly, when you begin to drive up you are letting your elbows fall under the bar and losing tightness in your back. Chest up / elbows up the entire rep.

    Fix. Repost. Go on with your bad self!
