    It's 255 lbs, and I was only able to do 4 reps.

    Good deads. Sorry about the plates. You need to find some round plates so that you can keep your hands on the bar for the duration of the set. Keep your chin down more. Look at a point about 10 feet ahead of you on the ground. I cannot see directly from the side, but are you dragging the bar up your legs the whole way? Other than that, just keep going after your deads.
