Protein recommendation?
Dear coaches,
I trust the holiday season is treating you all well. I would be grateful for help with this subject.
I am planning to use protein supplements to hit my required macros. I saw two brands in the right price range. One was a concentrate, and the other, an Isolate.
The labels on them both indicate they both contain 24 grams of protein. In this case, which one is the better choice- the concentrate or the isolate?

Either would be fine. I currently have a big bottle of isolate.

You are not in the US, correct? I have a feeling that shipping and availability will determine value on your end more than anything else.

If you have problems digesting dairy, isolate will be better.

I've been on a Dymatize Natural Elite kick lately. Mostly because I'm an elitist.
May I also recommend, to you and all my lactose-intolerant brothers out there, lactase drops for your milk. Game changer.
