    Fellow Coaches,

Is SS-man's squat to proper depth or is he a little high?

    Thank you.

In all seriousness, I asked this question to an USAPL judge before and you'd risk red lights squatting to that depth. I couldn't even make this up. In the IPF, you need to go another 2 inches if you for SURE want all three whites.

Hip crease doesn't look below the knee.

Answering in all seriousness, he doesn't have a well defined knee-cap so it's hard to say, but ya - he does look like he might be a touch high. But this is the SS forum talking about the SS book, so let's favorably assume he's just begun his ascent out of the hole.

True, surely SS man squats to depth.

It's just a bad angle, brah. Amirite?

Really, I don't think the kneecap is well defined enough for me to say for sure. The hip crease is very well defined, and it is slightly above where I *think* (but am not sure) the top of his kneecap is. He has big quads, and hamstrings, cause he squats using our model, so that further confuses the issue when taking a quick glance. I think this is really more a case of Mr. SS Man not having clearly defined kneecaps.

    Maybe we should ask Rip.
