    I'd like to get to 440lbs. I finished my LP at this weight for a set of 5 but i lost a fair bit of strength sadly over the last couple months due to poor diet, sleep, the usual bullshit.

    Well I blasted past it today with 460. My high bar is at 405 and m6 low bar with wraps and a belt is 425 so my race to it is now with those two movements.

    Personally, I hit 370 x 6 tonight. Still don't have 440 in me (e1rm of ~440 means I personally may have 420 or 425), but getting closer.

    Great lift. Definitely had room in the tank. And I love how well your form held together. My heavy singles always look like dog doo. Congrats!

    I hit 425 after I had been doing doubles at 370/380 with wraps and no belt so I reckon you could hit that. I think Reps aren't a good indicator of what my max is personally. I'm so much better at singles, doubles and triples.

    Thanks. It would be easy to credit the suit for that but other videos show that's not the case.

    I'm the opposite. I always seem to be able to grind out sets with e1rm's far above what I can actually lift for a single. I think (hope) I've finally figured out a way to fit a program to this sad state of NME rather than just repeatedly watching my ID reps dwindle from 5 to 0 over 3-4 weeks.
