No problem with that. Heck, the main reason I post any videos around here is for people to help me out like that. It's hard when you're training alone and no other set of eyes. That said, I did lean towards Rugbys opinion, but either way it's closer than it needs to be. I'll get a deeper one next week.

Damn it. It's just a shade high, if at all that gets a red light (i would think it's a white). Too bad fella.good luck with the next one.

I'll give this a shot. I don't have a clear goal for squat this year, really close to finally hitting 4 plates but of course way too far from 500 for that to be a goal.
Current PR 395 so 440 should be a solid goal for me. Just decided to try and drop a few pounds so hopefully I don't shoot myself in the foot. Trying to drop from 197 to around 189 and see if I get an ab back. We all know how important that is.

Hoping to hit 405 in a few weeks.

Got 430 x 1 last cycle. Video is in my log. Comp next month, if things go really well, 440 will be third attempt. Although getting 440 will likely kill any shot at a decent dead lift.

Ok, let's try this again. 445 for a single:

370 x 4 last night, and should have completed the fifth (got forward and this weight mind-f*cks me bad for some reason). If I could get my NME up to a respectable level, I'd be closing in on that 200 kg. If I can string together 2-3 good months of training, I should really have a shot.

I'm now chasing this for my high bar. At 405 right now for a relatively easy single but my cycles are quite long so we will have to see when I can take a crack at a heavy single

I'll take it. It took all the attention from my dubious attempt last time too haha!
