    Nice!

I'll throw my hat in on this one. My biggest official PR (not 1RM) was 367, and I'm driving hard for a 400# squat at a meet the 23rd. Since I haven't chosen to join the mighty mini league (150# BW and below), 440 is definitely an eventual target.

Since it's reopened I'll join. My pr is 175, bit I did 172.5 for 5 a few weeks ago. 200 should drop this year

Managed a 193kg single on the last intensity day I did, and then decided to focus entirely on snatch/CJ and getting my knee healthy. Strength is down a bit, but I have two healthy knees again, so there's that. I'm good for 170-175kg on any given day for sets of 5, so hopefully I don't have too much ground to make up. Maybe 200 by the end of the summer?
175kg for a regular, non-psyched set of 5 puts you at a >200kg squat 1RM. By the RTS scale you should be able to hit 205. Get at it man.

I'm in bruh. Ive done 400 but that was pre injuries, I did a fairly easy 375 recently. I reckon I'll have it in about 3 months.

Not sure if I signed up for this but next singles day (x 5) is 405, E1RM is 420 ish. Got a meet in August and if on track my third attempt would be 435, guess it should be 440.
