i got 170kgs last week. goal is to get to 200kg this year! not sure on that. only gone up 20kgs so far.
OK there. Got pissed yesterday. I got 170 kilo single in december, then I started to fuck around with some texas-like-method and got to 165x3 in february. After that, fuckarounditis got me to the point I'm now glad I squatted 145x5 yesterday. So, let's get back on track, I join the race!
