Everyone says he's a Legend. No actually they say he is THE Legend. I'm curious why. The only thing I've been able to figure out from the resulting jokery at asking this question is that perhaps he has HYOOGE arms and a sense of humor. But I suspect this is inadequate an explanation. Can you enlighten me?

What makes sugar sweet? What makes bouncy balls bouncy? What makes makes rocks hard? What makes water wet?

This is the nature of the question you're asking.

When Paul Horn does a pushup, he isn't lifting himself up, he's pushing the Earth down.

Rumour has it, he has to declare his arms at customs.

Paul Horn has never owned a bent bar. He scares them straight.

I already mentioned this one in your log, but it bears repeating:

Paul Horn once attempted a 1RM weighted chin-up. This was the result: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3MhymxLS60#t=131

Like the Matrix, no one can be told what Paul Horn is...the only way to understand The Legend is to experience him for yourself.

The ancient Romans actually coined the Latin term "hornus," meaning "of this year" (look it up) in honor of The Legend, who they knew would be the past, present, and future. It is widely speculated among Biblical scholars that the passages referring to the God-head (Iesus Nazarenus, Rex Iudarem) as the "alpha and the omega" was inspired by this Roman concept.

I am going to meet him. Now I'm scared to meet him. I'm not sure I'm worthy to meet him.
