Might seem like a stupid question but how important is it to eat red meat while doing the program? I ask because it is one of my most hated foods-I've always disliked eating steak, lamb , beef ect. I don't even like burgers or sausages. I much prefer to just eat a large quantity of fish and eggs every day instead.
    Thanks

Then don't eat it. There's nothing magical about red meat (or milk, while we're at it). It's a high quality source of protein and calories, as well as certain micronutrients such as iron. If you're getting enough of these from other sources, you'll be fine.

I wouldn't call it non-important when it comes to its micronutrients because red meat is actually quite nutritious. But eating fish and eggs (especially the yolks!) would give you pretty much anything you need. To also get in some important CLA, vitamin K2 and a bit more saturated fat as well be sure to use plenty of grass-fed butter to fry your fish and eggs and to smother your baked potatoes in.

Beef also is a source of Creatine, but you can supplement with powder.

I like that this was moved to the repetitive injuries forum. Without beef, I might also have repetitive injuries.

    It's "Repetitive Inquiries."

Unless you're trying to make a joke. You're not the first person who's made that mistake.
