Newbie squat form check
Dear Coaches,
New to training and new to this forum. Hope I followed the rules. Please will you look at my squat and give me any pointers you can? 255.

Your squats are all high. Be sure to drive your knees out and keep sitting back until your hip crease is below the top of your kneecap. You'll probably need to take a bit of weight off the bar to do this correctly with good form. Also, when you initiate your squat, do so by bending at the hips and knees at the same time. Looks like your knees are shooting out first.
