    Hi,

    this is my second set of 150kg x3 on the Texas method. I recently reduced from 1x5 to 2x3.

    Not too shabby. Lean over/reach back just a little bit more at the bottom. Drive up harder out of the hole.

    Thanks! I think I would have to widen my stance, in order to lean over more. I will try this next time. They sure look calm, will try to be more aggressive on the way up.

    Try it without widening your stance. Just shove your knees out hard and reach back.
