    You show a significant shift on to your toes at the bottom followed by lifting your chest. Don't do either of those. Lean over, stay in your midfoot, and drive up with your hips. The poor resolution of your video makes analysis more difficult.

    I'm a slow learner when it comes to movement. Thank you once again for your patience.

    I'll work on this more and post again when I feel like I'm closer.
