    Hi, Coaches!

    I've been increasing 1kg every workout. And my Deadlift is 96kg. PC weight is reasonable? And is it ok to increase like this(Deadlift increase 4kg every workout)?

    Your power cleans are technically decent, although quite slow. Your setup does not lend itself to maximal exertion or risk taking with this exercise. The biggest thing to fix is that you need to make the jump and rack happen faster. Your jump is very slow and you are slow to rack the bar. Make the jump more violent and get your elbows around much faster. One kilo at a time is fine. Given your training environment and equipment, you will need to be rather careful. Squeeze your chest up more and get your back flatter off the floor.
