Deadlift check
Every time I reset I get my deadlift back up to a respectable amount (around 375) and I feel like my form falls apart. Please let me know what you think or suggest. I'm squatting 365 for 5, definitely to depth.

You've got a little more spinal flexion than I would like, but you are hardly falling apart. You may be wearing your belt a smidge low and might benefit from a 3" belt on pulls, too. Your setup looks fine, although there is a lot I cannot see since you filmed it directly from the side. The part to work on is immediately off to floor to around your knees. Hold on to your tightness and keep working to squeeze your chest up as you drag the bar up your legs.
