Deadlift form
Hello again Mr. Rippetoe,
I am having difficulties getting my deadlift form down I have read the book and I will be honest I did not do Powercleans.
My current stats in kg are :
170 cm 80 kg.
Deadlift: 175kg 1x3 Squat: 162 5x1 (5 singles) Bench 110 2x3 OHP 65 2x2
Currently doing TM eating 3300 cals a day
So strong guy at the gym pointed my shit form I was under the impression if upper back is rounded it's okay but if lower then it's getting shit.
