I thought that was funny too.
On one hand, you are working mostly "sideways" against gravity . . . so the 2" pipe for the plates better be plenty long.
On the other hand, if standing, going to be able to only push/pull so much before you slide back. . . .unless to get up-underneath them somehow.

Thought this picture was funny . . . here's the fix . . .kinda self-incrimention of the problem with this set up.

You guys tease Rogue all you like, but I couldn't be happier with my tactical, organic, self rehab implement. Only cost, $87 plus shipping.

We joke, but I've used plates on the bar to do this.

Not my chest, mind you. Mostly my triceps.
I just use a lacrosse ball against a wall in my garage. Lacrosse ball is $3. I'm pretty sure that attachment (I didn't click on the link) is at least $75..It works very well for me and is much cheaper...

What part of "Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization" did you find unclear?

I think you just put tiny plates on it and swing it around.

New Idea: We make a line of completely asinine crap, brand it as "Rouge," and hope none of the people stupid enough to want to buy this garbage in the first place notice the difference!

How else do you plan to make it to Oregon?

I'm assuming you put a weight at the end of it and then flail around. Kind of like I do with a golf club to loosen up. Except this is more expensive AND less versatile than my wedge.
