I have a problem with flexion at the bottom of the squat.
When I began with this program, I had a prominent flexion. I worked on it and I can see a slight improvement
Here is a photo of me in a parallel position as you wrote on your book, on the exact posture of "knees out".
Is there any flexion that needs to be fixed, or this is a neutral position?
