    You might still benefit from touching base with Jordan's contact to set up a single training session to help dial in your form. You can probably do this as a single session without having to commit to a full membership or anything.

    Message sent. She doesn't seem to be associated to crossfit HH anymore though (if she ever was, I don't know). At least she's not listed on their team page. Anyway, I found her on Facebook and dropped her a message.

    I've been to 7-8 different Crossfit gyms (drop ins, etc.) and I've only ever seen high bar and front squats being taught/trained. Also, the general mentality is to add a lot of stretching / corrective work in order to achieve correct form instead of just squatting more. Both of these issues fly counter to how SS trains the squat.

    I should also mention that there are a bunch of SSCs that teach and/or own Crossfit gyms. My comments are about Crossfit the corporation and how their suggested training progression.
