    EDIT: it won't let me freeze the video at second 22. Look where your knees are on the way up, and how your back angle has gotten more horizontal. This is the way it should be on the way down.

    Yeah I have a tendency to fall forward too so I guess getting the weight more toward the mid-foot is something I need to work on.
    I'm also working on eating more as well LOL.

    Regarding flat shoes though, don't you think flat shoes might help with the balance issue? (and i guess you're recommending the goodlifts, if i'm interested in flat shoes).

    What I'm saying is that the form issues are much more important at this point than the shoes. Your romaleos are fine. Save the money. Buy food!
