I was 6'4" 300 lbs at 45
NLP on a cut to
Bench 225x5x3
Press 145x3x5
Deadlift 305x1x5
Squat 275x3x5
Barbell Row 155x3x5
~255 body weight now
Eat enough protein and get enough sleep and you should be able to do better at your age.

I also meant to say I took the normal jumps, because most of that time I was working out with a 15 year old.
