Form check Squat Deadlift
Hi, can you check my 90kg squat and 115kg deadlift form? Thanks!

For the squat, get leaned over more and sooner. As soon as you start, get your chest at the ground and your butt back. Drive your knees out, and stay tight into the bottom. You could do with some more control as you descend so you're sure to stay midfoot and not go too deep.
Deadlift is pretty good. When you set the back in extension though, make sure you're pulling the "slack" out of the bar. You should visibly see the bar bending upwards from lifting the chest and setting the back.
Please also trim your clips in the future so we can see the setup right before you start the lifts.
