As I get older I seem to require more rest between sets; 2-3 minutes. What do you do between sets?
    Sit, stand, walk around...

All of them, sometimes I do laundry, talk in IRC channels, and/or review the video from the last lift.

I rest anywhere from 8 to 10 minutes between sets. I'll read the news on my phone or go inside the house and do a few chores.

    Set timer.

Review video of the previous workset.

    Log.

    Choose toonz for next workset.

    Drink coffee.

    Surf if time.

Take leisurely walks to the water fountain after having consulted my FitBit for end of set timing. Then I usually wait at least 3 minutes or more after my heart rate drops below 110 bpm.

2-3 Minutes! I use the ten minutes between work sets to sit on a bench and eat a snack, get entertained by other lifters, grateful for yoga pants, wonder why some wear yoga pants, hunt for a spotter who looks like he won't bro help me, etc.

I started about three weeks ago with the On Line Coaching "Intern" program (where Interns do the coaching). It's interesting you mention reviewing your previous work sets on video as I noticed myself now not just videoing the last set which I post to their Fitbot site but also videoing the others so I can see if I'm really doing what they told me to do. I seem to be getting better at all the the lifts except for the squat! I'm finally reaching depth but oh so much more to do.
