How fast is your bench going up?
Greetings, I have been lifting since July 2018, I am 63 yrs. old with shoulder issues (arthritis) I rest 48-72 hours between my workouts. Squats every workout and alternating between standing shoulder presses and bench press, followed by deadlift warmups then workset x 1 set. My bench is not increasing as I would like. Any suggestions on extra chest/ triceps workouts to increase my bench or just keep with the bench press?

I started July 4th with 115 lbs. 3x 5 reps. On 12/19/18 I completed 3 sets of 5 reps @ 145 lbs.
You are not doing the program. Just do the program.
