by Max Blochowiak
"This will be a Deep Dive into the hypertrophy literature and how we should go about accumulating hypertrophy. I say accumulate because hypertrophy is an anabolic process, not a fixed goal one can achieve. Resistance training is our best tool for inducing hypertrophy along with routine consumption of a caloric surplus, and this post will be concerned specifically with the training prescription necessary to maximize gains."

I’m currently reading Arthur Shopenhauer “The World as Will and Representation”, and this article reminded me a lot of that, both in style and approach.

Yes, yes. I suspect the only difference between Arthur Schopenhauer and me, Max Blochowiak, is height.

As I edited Max's piece, I was struck dumb by the resemblance. The only discernible difference between this piece and Schopenhauer's On The Basis Of Morality is that Max's piece is not gibberish.

I am looking forward to reading the second part, the first one was excellent. Well done, Mr. Blochowiak.

Enjoyed part two as well. Does its best to try to get to the bottom of what everyone who trains somewhat seriously wants to know. Despite being a technical article it was enjoyable to read. Keep up the good work!
