Default Tricep Hammer Curl Weight Bar? Inflexible wrists.

    Good morning.

It seems the older I get the less flexible I am becoming despite staying active. Recently I started noticing my wrist being less flexible and feeling some pain when doing tricep extensions (seated or lying). The other day I picked up some dumbbells and did tricep extensions while leaving my wrist straight and felt no pain. Since I can only load much weight with dumbbells I thought about getting a tricep hammer curl bar.

Has anyone used these and what are your thoughts?

    Thanks

I haven’t used one but it sounds like a good idea / best of both worlds. I use an EZ bar for LTE because I can use a heavier weight - truth be told, I really felt it more in my triceps when I used DBs, but as you said, you can only use so much weight with DBs.

I'm in the same boat you are. Here are two that I have used with no discomfort and some success.
