There are no bumper plates at my gym. I used to do Cleans when I was living out of state temporarily but I haven't done Cleans in two years. On my 2nd workout day I do chinups instead of any cleans. Should I add in rows?

When I move in several months I will be changing to a gym with bumber plates.

Those videos are such fun, with Rip comin' at the camera. Watch it without audio.

I definitely understand lowering it, which I do. But what if 45 on both side is too much and the other weights are too low to the ground. Or does that not matter?

I do feel that someone owes The Orangutan an apology.

Grant - just put them up on blocks or extra plates to get the bar to the right height.
