    Hello Coach,

I came back to the gym after over a year of no training. Just after that I tried to go Intermediate program Texas Method in simplest version, set the starting weight and keep training. The problem is that my Squat working sets seems to feel like a warm up, even if I am increasing weight. My point is - weight seems to be too light even if it wasn't at start.

Now, I think I recover pretty well so maybe it isn't my time for Intermediate program yet and I should take a step back and do Linear Progression?

My current stats are (for this moment):

    Weight 78 kg
    Height 1,72 m
    SQ 160 kg x 3 / 145 kg x 5
PR set two years ago 200 kg

Thanks in advance for any advice, Rip.
