Stef, should I rest 15 or 17 seconds between sets of upright rows? I mean, to maintain a good pump.

    Finally.
This essential video marks a pivotal point in Starting Strength history. Business volume is gonna explode.

Looking good in these muscle shirts guys! I hope they'll be available in the shop.

Yet, while I admire Chase' manly effort in the work set, I feel compelled to criticize his technique. NOBODY who knows his way around the globo gym sets the barbell down between reps. It decrease TUT and therefore Pump™ and therefore da gainz. It is known, among bodybuilders.

I wholeheartedly disagree with the premise of this video. Upright rows are known to cause and/or aggravate shoulder problems.
Wrist curls are much more vital for a complete program.

The hilarity of the tank tops is surpassed only by the switch to sumo.
Thank you gentlemen for a very good laugh. Needed that.
