My copy of the blue book says do sets of 10-15 for this exercise.
I tried them but found the high reps caused me elbow pain.
The video says do them heavy for 5s, 8s, 10s or 12s, so I’m going to give them another try in a lower rep range.
My question is, how heavy is heavy? Is there a % of press or bench I should be aiming at?
For reference, male / 42yo / 5’10 / 255lbs
