My copy of the blue book says do sets of 10-15 for this exercise.

I tried them but found the high reps caused me elbow pain.

The video says do them heavy for 5s, 8s, 10s or 12s, so I’m going to give them another try in a lower rep range.

My question is, how heavy is heavy? Is there a % of press or bench I should be aiming at?

    For reference, male / 42yo / 5’10 / 255lbs

    Last pressing lifts

    Press 83kg x 3
    Bench 141kg x 3

    Thanks

Why do you say that, Subby? People don't like extensions?

All I want for Christmas is for that comment to make this Friday's edition of comments from the haters.
