    This makes sense. No pause on close grips, too? I ask this question because it is inherently an assistance exercise. Is it governed by the same rule as above?

    No changes other than close grip and the few other slight technique adjustments that arise as a consequence of that (more tucked elbows, lower touch point). If you don't know about those, man, you should do more research before asking any more questions.

    And yes, I agree with Wolf in that I donít like a 5rm on the intensity day on first run thru TM. I go to 3s quickly
