    Agreed - I have no idea why anyone would read my logs... BORING!

    This is week 14 after the beginning of NLP, the last week of trying to gain weight. Weight gain was slow for the first several weeks while I kept titrating up calories... I was pretty pleased with the weight gain, and really would have liked some more. The original plan was to bulk until I hit 20-23%bf, and I didn't get anywhere close to that...

    Doesn't seem like a lot of "bulk" was acquired. But T2 must be attended to.

    Just think how less of an Lazy you'd seem if you'd just said "You only weighed X... doesn't seem like much of a Bulk"...
