Squatting club feet - ankle mobility
Hi was born with 2 bad club feet , they were corrected. Left with feet that don’t move well. Can not pull my ankle past 90 degrees. Left to right movement limited. No amount of mobility training will fix.
Is there anyway I can squat. If I try my heels always come up unless I keep leaning forward. I also have tendinitis now in both Achilles with calcium build up.
Really want to get fitter and squat. Even on leg press I struggle to keep heels down. Any advice on above?
