Why does it even matter to you?
Today I got a Styku scan done to find out my starting body fat % and learned that my left bicep is 1 inch smaller (girth) than my right bicep. Also my left forearm is 1.2 inches smaller than my right forearm.
Are these differences something I should specifically address? Or will they even out as I continue with barbell training? Does it even matter?

No, yes, no.
are you left handed?
and in my humble opinion, it will not matter.
You know damn well why that is. Stop it.
I'd hazard that symmetry is much less common than asymmetry. Out of curiosity do you notice a strength difference in any upper body lifts? On another note there's a guy named Jeff Dabe that has freakishly large arms & hands for his height 5'9". His right foot is a size 16 and his left is a size 10. His left arm is bigger than his right arm. He arm wrestles competitively but otherwise doesn't work out yet has 19" forearms. His 12" hand span (thumb to pinky) equals a 7'3" NBA player.
