Does an analysis exist between the high hips position and a much lower hips position (thighs parallel to the floor)?

The high hips angle catches the bar a little higher and with a more vertical back angle (less collapsed).
I presume the fatigue of the lifter is minimal to moderate when performing the higher hips rep.
I presume this method of cleaning carries over well to the full clean albeit coaches may disagree somehow.

Of what relevance is fatigue to a movement that takes about 1.5 seconds to perform?

Fatigue is of minimal relevance as the power clean weight is relatively light.

Right. The weight, not the time. Got it. Thanks.

I like the fact that you update this every year or so but are you ever going to do it with people who are half-decent at Power Cleaning? And Thrall probably shouldn't count, as he doesn't jive with your programs any more... (actually he probably shouldn't count for anything anymore...)

We never video people at the seminar who have no experience with the low-hips start position or no competitive experience with the two lifts. Had you been to a seminar, you would know this. And why does the fact that someone doesn't do our program disqualify them, since this is a simple mechanical observation and not a programming question?

What experience does the Lifter in vid 3 have? It might say in the video...or you could just answer the question?

I like the fact that in vid 3 you get an answer you don't like and just *completely* ignore it.
