In Ask RIP 41 you state that everyone should take 5g of Creatine Monohydrate once a day for the rest of your life, particularly as you get older (not 5mg as I originally wrote).
If manufacturers are producing tablets then what is the issue using them for convenience?
These are 3g but I'm trying to locate a reputable 5g version available in UK.
